Pompes Russell Company was founded in 1987 by Mr. Marcel Russell. Marcel Russell decided to start his own business at home under the name Marcel Russell Enr. in St-Anicet. In the beginning, this company specialized in pumping systems.
A few years later, as his business expanded, he also specialized in water treatment and hired a first employee. Due to the constant growth of the company, other employees were added.
1998
In 1998, noting that demand was growing, Marcel Russell acquired a store located in Ormstown, a company specializing in water treatment and pumping systems.
His eldest daughter, Bonnie Russell, will take over as a secretary for the company during the day and take evening accounting classes. As the company continued to expand and customer service became ubiquitous, the company hired additional staff and Bonnie quietly moved away from accounting to now managing the company's internal and writing bids. customer. In addition, she obtained her drinking water certification and general contractor licenses.
A third move was necessary. While remaining in Ormstown, this allowed us a better exposition of the showroom with more offices.
Today
To meet the needs of their ever-growing customer base, the Pompes Russell Company today has:
- 9 employees responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of pumping equipment and water treatment and analysis systems;
- a counter with a wide variety of products and parts as well as advice from water treatment specialists;
- a specialty in both the residential and commercial sectors;
- sales service, installation and repair of pumps of all kinds;
- sales service for softeners, filter systems and reverse osmosis;
- physico-chemical and bacteriological water analysis service;
- teams on the road providing the service.
They are also members of the Association of Specialized Water Companies of Quebec and A.P.C.H.Q., in addition to having a license from the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec (R.B.Q License: 8266-3618-21).
